Who: Alumni and Friends of Guilford College

What: Join us in viewing The Princess Bride
outdoors at Strathmore Hall Sunday, August 20.  This is the last night
of the Comcast Film Festival benefiting NIH Children’s Charities.

Where: Grounds by the Mansion at Strathmore Hall, next to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro.  Visit www.filmfestnih.org for directions.

When: Sunday, August 20.  Picnic starts at 6:30 PM; film at 8:30 PM

Why: It’s The Princess Bride … and a chance to mingle with fellow alums trapped in the city during August

Cost: Film is free; food sold onsite benefiting NIH Children’s Charities, or bring your own

What else should I bring? Blanket (if you have one); sunscreen; bug spray; Frisbee, balls, and other amusements to share

How will I find you? James will wear a white Guilford shirt and carry a Maroon umbrella.

What if it rains? The festival has its own cancellation policy outlined on their website, www.filmfestnih.org.  If they cancel, so do we.
